Is there a free plan?

Yes. Creating invoices and quotes and downloading them as PDFs is free, with no account. Paid plans are optional.

How much does a paid plan cost?

Basic is €5/month (€50/year) and Pro is €10/month (€100/year). Annual billing saves about 17%.

Do I need an account to use Plain Statement?

No. You only need an account if you want to save invoices, manage a client book, send by email, or use the audit ledger — the generator itself is free and account-free.

What is the difference between Basic and Pro?

Basic adds saving, the client book, share links, EU VAT (VIES) validation and the audit ledger, with 50 email sends and reminders a month. Pro raises sending to 250 a month and adds automatic overdue reminders.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and can be cancelled at any time from your account. Invoices you have already created and downloaded are always yours to keep.
